Fun Runs for November- Gobble Gobble
Hello running enthusiasts!
We have two runs coming up the first is Track Friday(Nomehagan fun run), November 27th. The run is for as long and as far as you want. Just get out there and have fun!! Each lap is 2.8 miles and the run starts at 8:30am to 12:30pm
There will be a meet and great after at the Red Cadillac in Union. The luncheon which is free is a fund raiser and you can donate what you want for lunch. Proceeds go to support local Operation Rebound Team NJ athletes.
